Usher Institute Executive Remit
Terms of Reference
The Usher Institute Executive (Exec.) is the key operational decision making committee of the Institute responsible collectively for management, policy and procedures of the Institute. The Exec. can Approve, Reject, Approve with amendments, the papers considered at the meeting. The Exec. will discuss and decide on areas such as;
- Institute operations;
- Institute academic and professional services strategy;
- Awards & Nominations;
- Budgetary allocations and financial planning;
- Proposals for initiation and development in new activities whether funded from College resources, University programmes or funding raised from external sources;
- Policy for the management of the affairs of the Institute and for management of its resources.
