Quality Enhancement Remit
To oversee:
The development of key performance indicators associated with the IS Strategic Plan and the Universitys Balanced Scorecard;
IS-related surveys, ensuring a coherence of approach and minimising duplication;
The delivery of an IS Service Catalogue;
The implementation of the ITIL framework within IS;
Projects, including quality of design and execution of transmission into services where relevant;
To input to the strategic planning process for IS, ensuring that quality enhancement is kept to the fore;
To advise the VP/CIO and Head of IS Planning on quality related matters that may impact on the annual planning process.
